The Flat Belly Diet! provides a personalized Meal Plan with daily and weekly view,
plus shopping lists to make it easy to follow the plan. You can also monitor your
diet by adding what you eat to your Food Log.
Think of the Meal Plan as your food “planning’
tool for what you should plan to eat. The Meal Plan will always feature Flat Belly
Diet! approved foods and meals that follow the plan. The meal plan is a guideline
for you to follow. You can change the recommendations if you want to, though many
members find it easiest to simply use the meal plans that are provided each day.
Once you settle on a meal plan, either by using the one that we create for you,
or by making the changes to the meal plan to fit your needs, it will be used to
generate your shopping list.
Accessing My Meal Plan
Click the EAT tab in the main site’s top navigation bar. Your meal plan for
the current day is shown. The meals include all of the ingredients and instructions
you’ll need to prepare the meals. For some meals, you’ll also see a
“recipe” link that you can use to get the recipe.
You have several options for using My Meal Plan:
Viewing Daily or Weekly Meal Plans
You can decide which meal plan or plans to view:
To see daily plans for another day, use the <= Day
or Day => links.
To see your meal plan for the entire week, select the Week
View option. Then use the <= Week or Week => link to find
the week you’re interested in seeing.
Swapping Foods on the Meal Plan
If your meal plan includes a food or meal that you don’t
want, you can swap it for something that you prefer, or that better fits into your
schedule that day. To swap foods or meals:
Click on the swap icon in front of the food or meal that you want
to replace. A Swap Food or Swap Meal pop up window appears, displaying a list of
foods or meals that you can substitute.
Click Choose Food or Choose Meal and
the meal plan will be updated to include your new choice.
Logging Foods
You can log foods individually, or you can add all of the foods
on the daily meal plan to the food log at one time.
To add a single food to your food log, click the Log iconin
front of the food you want to add.
To add the entire meal plan to the Food Log, click Log
All Meals for today. For more information, see My Food Log.
Printing a Shopping List
Click Get Daily Shopping List or Get Weekly Shopping List to see a
shopping list for your meal plan. You can print this shopping list and take it to
the store with you!

Use the Print Meal Plan button to print a copy of the meal plan.
