1.Click on the Meet tab, then click the Find a Member link.
2.You will see a list of search criteria on the left side of the page.

• If you already know the name of member you want to search for, type the name or username in the Search for a Member box and press the Search button.
• If you want to browse for other members based on some other criteria, such as where they live or their weight-loss goals, enter those criteria and click the Browse Members button.

3.Your search results will appear on the page.

• To add a found member to your Buddy List, click the Add to My Buddies button next to the member’s information. That member will receive a message telling them that you would like them to be your Buddy
• To send a message to a found member, click the Send Message button next to the member’s information. A message form in which you can type your message will appear.
