To access Refer A Friend:

1. Click the Meet tab, then click the Refer A Friend link. The Refer A Friend pop up appears.
2. Supply the information requested and click “Done.”

When you refer a friend to the Flat Belly Diet, an email will be sent to your friend from your own email account (not from the Flat Belly Diet!) When your friend signs up for the Flat Belly Online program, you will get a message in your Flat Belly message center letting you know that your friend is a member.
