Certified by the American Council on Exercise and a member of IDEA: Health and Fitness Association, Michele has been covering fitness and weight loss for more than a decade. She understands that fitting in time for exercise can be tough – she juggles a full-time job, taking care of her young son, spending time with her husband, and all those other responsibilities we share.
