As you progress through the diet, your weight loss and inches lost progress is displayed
on the charts on the My Diet Progress page.
Your progress is tracked on a weekly basis, so each time you update your current
weight or waist measurement during a particular week, the graph will show the most
current entry for that week.
If you restart the diet, the progress graph will only reflect your progress from
your new/most recent program start date.
To enter your current weight and waist measurement:
- Click the My Progress link under the EAT tab.
- On the My Diet Progress page, click “Weigh In Now.”
The Weigh In pop up appears.
- Type your current weight
- Click Save & Enter My Waist Measurement Now. The Measure Up
pop up window appears.
- Type our current waist measurement.
- Click SAVE.
Note: Your daily calorie level is recalculated each time you update your current
weight. Entering a new weight may put you into another calorie level, which will
alter your current meal plans and shopping lists.
