Repeating the 4-Day Jumpstart  
 

If at any time during the program, you want to repeat the 4-Day Anti Bloat Jumpstart, you can do so. Repeating the Jumpstart is just like restarting the program. All the progress and food log information you have tracked will be erased and you will start over from whatever date you select

To repeat the Anti-Bloat Jumpstart:

  1. Click the TRACK tab, then click Repeat the 4-Day Jumpstart sub-navigation link.
  2. Type the date you want to restart the Jumpstart and click DONE.
